More citrus than grass in this classic Australian white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This white Bordeaux style blend is ripe with citrus, herb and tropical fruit flavours - a portion of this was barrel-fermented for added balance and texture. Nicely done.
Pair with grilled seafood, crab cakes or fish tacos. The vines are planted on a hillside in the Ferguson Valley of southwest Western Australia.
