Fat Bastard Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes grown in the Languedoc-Roussilion region of Southern France. Deep ruby-red in colour, this robust red features a nose rich in black currant and blackberry, spiced with cinnamon, pepper and nutmeg. The palate is rife with dark fruits and dried raisins, supported by a bed of tight tannins that soften to a very satisfying, persistent finish. Fantastic sipper, but also pairs well with steak dishes and dark chocolate.
