A pale yellow colour with green reflections, and an expressive bouquet with floral and minty notes developing into aromas of white fruit. The attack is keen and very full-tasting on the palate, delivering its full aromatic complexity. Is perfect served as an aperitif and to accompany raw vegetables and fish. Grown to the south-east of Nantes, the appellation gets its name from the two rivers, the Sèvre Nantaise and the Maine which cross the region.
