This little pig went globe trotting, discovering fine wines from the world's best vines. This Squealing Pig Primitivo from Puglia IGP was made with grapes hand picked early in the morning to avoid high temperatures. The grapes were delicately destemmed and pressed to avoid damaging the skin and later aged in oak to add complexity. This wine has rich flavours of plum and cherry with a hint of liquorice, all perfectly balanced by a soft tannin structure.
